Main composition and operate theory
A.This equipment is symmetrical rolling machine, down up roller and then let up and down roller doopposite roll to bend steel plate.
B. This equipment composed of two components those are wor ept portion welded in complete chassis and shifting component. Wor ept portion composed of left and appropriate bearing base, one particular up roller, two bottom rollers (the substance of the a few rollers is 45#steel and do heat treatment method), lifting screw and turbine and other accessory parts. Down rollers travel up roller to transfer, up roller can do up and down transfer by top way. Travel element composed of primary motor, main speed reducer and other accent parts.
C. Bottom rollers had been drove by primary motor via major pace reducer, output spindle of main velocity reducer pushed to two down rollers by a single group gears, the revolve path of rollers altered by main motor.
D. Higher roll lifted by accessory motor by way of vice velocity reducer generate worm and worm wheel mechanism of correct/still left rolls bearing base. That to let the lifting pole do up and down shift.
E. Unloading device is designed to take away the workpiece after drums bended into shape. Just before unloading the upper rolls shift to up restrict placement, the equilibrium device on upper rolls finishes hit upper rolls, attract out the spindle of the pin, then to remove the workpiece.
