Principal Description
This production line which mainly is composed of sugar crusher, gum base oven, blender, extruder, conveyor, powder sprinkling gadget, pastry roller, molder, folding equipment and adhere wrapper is specially designed and developed for producing bubble gum (chewing gum) with various hues & flavors.
Mixer: Uncooked components to be combined into dough( prior to mixer, there is a gumbase heater).
Processing line:
Dough to be put into the extruder all the way going through Sheeting machine and becomes gum sheet , further moving to the gum slab forming and cutting machine ,and out-coming gum slabs . The gum slabs are place on to the wooden trays and sent into the ageing space for aging in hours.
Capacity : 2-2.five ton/8hours or 300kgs/ hour.
Greater capacity is CZPT on requirement.
Drying Space:
Scoring gum slabs on wood trays are set into drying place for
5-12hours, time is varied upon product recipe.
Aging place temperature : ±20ºC, and dampness: 50-fifty five
Coating Systm:
for chicle gum or coating gum , the scored gum slabs are tumbled till every
gum core is divided .
